"Parking Adventure"

This short film is about the difficulties of finding a parking spot at Richland and the chaos that ensues from this.

The video will be about 5 minutes. The details of which are below:

Introduction:

Student wakes up late from cramming for a test and hurriedly gets ready, picks up his/her carpool and drives to school. Upon arriving, he/she finds that the parking lot is packed.

Sequence 1: "Competition"

Everyone in the car is on the lookout for an available parking space. Car drives through maze of parking lot to find one. Car races to spot, only to have it taken away by another driver.

Sequence 2: "Backstabber"

Car is still driving around parking lot and time for class is fast approaching. Car drives past another car backing out of an excellent parking spot, but before student can back up to claim it, another car pulls in behind and claims the spot for themselves.

Sequence 3: "Extreme Measures"

A free parking spot is spotted faraway and a passenger from the car runs out to lie in the parking spot and claim it. As he/she lays in the spot, another car pulls up and honks their horn.

Sequence 4: "Trailing"

Students in car see someone walking out from the building and start to follow them to see if they are leaving. Person starts walking faster and faster and then eventually runs to flee the paranoia.

Sequence 5: "The Long Walk"

Students are late and finally a parking spot is found all the way at the end of the lot. They run to class only to find that the test is already over, and that they all have truancy for their tardiness.
